Hello everyone, i recently bought a Hanns-g 27' 2k monitor (it has HDMI,DVI,VGA port) to connect to my MBP 13' (early 2011) running on . Now i know my mac can support such external monitor showing up to 2k resolution but the problem is, that in the monitor option shows only max 1080p.

I'vetried to connect my thunderbolt port to the HDMI port in the screen via adaptor and and HDMI cable and most recenlty a belkin thunderbolt port to HDMI port with max resolution of 4k but i still get the same readings as in the pix above, also when i check my thunderbolt spec it shows no device connected even if there is a screen up and running on the same port....

I've seen this question for older versions of the Mac mini, but I'm struggling to find an answer for the Mac mini 2018. I want to connect 3 identical monitors (22inch 1080p).
